Style of the Month
India Pale Ale

When the British Empire shipped beer to its troops around the world, they were brewed with additional strength and increased hopping rates tp preserve them during their long journey at sea.  These India Pale Ales (the ales traveling to India had the longest trip around the Cape of Good Hope) or “IPAs” remain one of the most aggressively hopped brewing styles with higher-than-average alcohol by volume.
