The Drafting Room Taproom & Grille first opened its doors in August 1994 on busy Route 100 in Exton, Pennsylvania (west of Philadelphia). Our commitment to provide customers the finest in food, beer and scotch, allowed us in 1998, to open the doors of the second Drafting Room located on Bethlehem Pike in Spring House Pennsylvania, (suburban Philadelphia).

The Drafting Room provides guests a vast selection of the finest handcrafted beers, micro-brews and seasonal releases from the world's greatest breweries. Both Drafting Room locations have over a dozen drafts as well a beer engine which enables guests to taste the finest in cask conditioned ales. Another area, in which The Drafting Room excels, is in our exhaustive selection of single malt scotches. We pour over 70 different single malts from all regions of Scotland. To encourage and educate guests, we provide the only "scotch tastings" in the area (a sampling of scotches). Perhaps the leading component to The Drafting Room's success is our food. Everything on our contemporary creative menu is produced in house, from scratch, in our chef run kitchen. To keep guests coming back for more, each location changes its menu approximately three times per year. Please refer to the menu pages for each location for a more appetizing look. (Exton Dinner - Spring House Dinner) In addition to our updated menu, we provide three to four "chalkboard specials" every lunch and dinner to take advantage of seasonal items. 

In addition to the two Drafting Room locations, there is also Brickside Grille, an upscale casual restaurant serving a creative American menu with ethnic influences, located in the Eagleview Town Center in Exton, PA.
